Alright so here are the goals.
1. Stop drinking soda
2. Start working out every day (I want to get buff)
3. Get better grades (3.0-3.5 at least)
4. Run a marathon
So yeah not any thing to crazy or out there. I do have a plan to reach them though. So lets start with the first one. I stopped drinking soda 2 weeks before lent so this makes week 3. Soda is what I gave up for lent but I will hopefully keep it up for the rest of the year.
Working out is something I started over winter break and was much easier at home but now in wilmington it was put in the back burner. I am going to colorado in two days. But when I return I will start going to the gym in cary and than hit the gym in Wilmington hopefully every day when returning here. I don't have classes tuesday or thursday so I can hit it in the morning when it is empty and MWF it should be easy to do after my 2 PM if I don't work or when I get off work. So getting back in shape and getting buff is something I plan on doing
My grades last semester were not.. great. I had a 2.46 and That was not something I want to repeat. I have been going to the library a good amount but I have found myself in the fisher student center for 4 hours a night the last 4 nights with some good friends. It seems to be a pretty good way to study. I get good work done and get to hang out with Jesse, Caleb, Chelsey, Daniel, and David. So I think Fisher is going to be my new study spot at night.
My last goal is to run a marathon this year. I have already done a few long runs this year. Some up to 17 and 18 miles. I want to get into even better shape and run a marathon in the fall. My working out and not drinking soda goals will help build into this. I won't work this one too much right now but in the summer I will start building runs into my lifting days. medium runs on upper body days and long runs/running work outs on lower body days
SO there are my goals and how I plan on reaching them. Now just got to start working on them. Hopefully I can pull it off this year.
